About Shipping

  1. We will usually ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment.
  2. Deliveries are made on business days. (From Monday to Friday)
  3.  Your tracking number and the express company name will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it on https://girlearle.com/apps/track123.
  4.  If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at info@girlearle.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

Shipping Addresses and Information

  • We ship our items using the exact address/information that is provided to us at the time of checkout and cannot make any changes during the transit once items have been shipped out. Please make sure that you have the full and correct information and provide us with as much detail as possible (phone number, email address, etc) to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • At this time, any order that does not get successfully delivered will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

International Shipping

  • Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. GIRLEARLE cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
  • You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
  • For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
